Chef Pierre’s culinary journey spans over 15 years, beginning in France, where he trained and worked at some of the most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious Relais & Châteaux establishments. Since relocating to Sydney in 2012, Pierre has applied his expertise to high-end restaurants and bespoke catering services, quickly building a reputation for his refined skills and exceptional attention to detail.
In 2018, Pierre started cooking privately for families and events, gradually developing lasting relationships with his clients. This success led to the creation of Noranise Dining in 2021, a private chef service that offers tailored dining experiences for those seeking something special.
