Ingredients
• 3 hours workshop
• 150g Comté cheese 24 months with Jura wine [Vin Jaune]
• 150g Dark chocolate 70% Single origin
• 750ml Champagne Taittinger
• 200ml Jura wine tasting
• 4 each French nibbles

Process
The class will begin with an introduction to soufflé and a presentation of the recipes.
Champagne will then be served alongside canapés, setting the mood before we put on our aprons. Chef Pierre will demonstrate the first soufflé — focusing on both technique and baking — after which the group will practice the skills themselves. The same process will be followed for the second soufflé. Throughout the course, the chef will share his tips and secrets about French cooking and seasonal produce.

Conservation
The recipe booklet includes all the information you need, with space to take notes.
Chef Pierre will guide you on how to recreate the recipes at home for your friends and family.

Recipe policy
This class is not suitable for individuals with dairy intolerance due to the nature of the ingredients. The recipe is designed for four people. For additional participants, please contact us at contact@noranisedining.com.au.
Our classes are non-refundable; however, you may request to transfer to another date depending on Chef Pierre’s availability.
