Our Christmas menu for 2026 has just landed, and you can order it right now on our website. From Sydney rock oysters on Christmas Eve to a glazed leg of ham on Christmas Day and a pavlova log for Boxing Day, it is a generous festive feast, made for sharing with family, friends or your team. All orders must be placed before 11 December.
The inspiration: Australian summer meets Christmas tradition
Christmas in Australia is a blend of festive tradition and summer sunshine. Our chefs honoured the classics, then gave them a fresh, seasonal twist: think fresh seafood, bright salads and smoky, slow-cooked mains alongside the roasts you love. The result is a Christmas menu that feels celebratory without being heavy.
